The South Waterfront Dog Park provides dogs and their owners with a place to enjoy an off-leash experience in our neighborhood. Participation in the dog park is only open to all South Waterfront residents and persons permanently employed in the South Waterfront.
The dog park was started in 2010 by volunteers but in 2018, South Waterfront Community Relations took over responsibility for the dog park. It is located on property owned by OHSU, which has generously allowed the park to use the property on a temporary basis.
To join the dog park, please fill out a participation form. Membership is $80 per year. Please note that all members must adhere to the South Waterfront Dog Park Rules.
The dog park membership funds are used to pay for liability insurance and maintenance of the park. Please mail your check or cash payment to South Waterfront Community Relations’ office located right across from The Osprey at 3715 S River Parkway. Please make all checks out to The South Waterfront Dog Park.

Monday-Friday: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
